Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No. 14 days free, no credit card. Afterwards you decide whether to pay by credit card or by invoice.
What happens with my data?
Your data (chats, documents, knowledge base) is stored in Switzerland and never used to train AI models. Requests to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity are processed by the respective providers, partly in the USA. If you want your data processed exclusively in Switzerland, use the Swiss-only mode: GPT via Azure Switzerland and the open models in the Swiss LLM Layer. Model-by-model details are shown in the Trust Center. Which model is processed where is shown in the Model transparency.
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes, monthly plans can be canceled anytime at the end of the current monthly period. Annual plans are 10% cheaper and can be canceled with 30 days notice at the end of the 12-month period.
How many AI models are included?
Currently the leading AI models are included - optionally we also offer models such as Apertus, Mistral, Gemma, Kimi and Qwen.
Is the platform nDSG compliant?
Yes. aibox complies with the revised Swiss Data Protection Act (nDSG). Our list of sub-processors is public and changes are announced 30 days in advance. The Trust Center shows where each model is processed. Details in the Model transparency.
How does the price calculator work?
You choose the number of users, the billing period and optional add-ons. The calculator picks the matching plan, adds users beyond the included quota and shows the total and per-user price.
What are aibox Credits?
Each plan includes a monthly amount of aibox Credits (e.g. 500 in the Starter, 3,000 in the Team and 5,000 in the Pro plan). These cover the use of AI models, image generation and AI assistants. Credits apply to the whole organization. Administrators can set a quota per person.
How many credits do I need?

Are the included credits enough for everyday use?
Yes, typical use cases are well covered: with daily use of GPT-5.1, one person needs around 170 credits per month. If you need more, you can book additional credits at any time – there are no automatic extra charges.
What happens when my credits are used up?
Once the monthly credits are used up, the use of aibox is restricted – for example, AI assistants can no longer be executed. Your existing data and settings remain unaffected.
Can I buy additional credits?
Yes, additional aibox Credits can be booked at any time: • 500 additional aibox Credits – CHF 9 • 1,000 additional aibox Credits – CHF 16 • 2,500 additional aibox Credits – CHF 35 • 5,000 additional aibox Credits – CHF 66
What happens after the 14-day trial?
The trial ends automatically at no cost. Billing only starts on the same day you choose a plan.
How does billing work?
Billing is in CHF, excl. VAT – monthly or annually (10% cheaper), by credit card or invoice. Users beyond the included quota are charged per user, add-ons are listed separately.
Do you offer enterprise setups with dedicated tenants?
Yes, on request. Including dedicated Azure/OpenAI deployments.
