aibox bundles leading and open AI models on one platform. You decide which models your team uses – and therefore where your inputs are processed.
Many teams use AI through individual subscriptions today: a ChatGPT account here, a research tool there. That is hard to manage and leaves open where data is processed. An AI platform bundles several AI models under one login, with central user management, shared AI assistants and clear rules for the whole organisation.
aibox provides more than 160 predefined AI assistants that make your team productive from day one. You switch models without switching workflows. See how it works in practice in How aibox works.
Swiss organisations are subject to the revised Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). Anyone processing customer data, HR files or confidential documents with AI needs to know which provider receives the data and where it is processed. aibox is compliant with the Swiss FADP, and your data is never used to train AI models.
The processing location depends on the model: GPT models via Azure Switzerland and the open models in the Swiss LLM Layer are processed in Switzerland. Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and GPT via OpenAI are processed in the USA – secured with standard contractual clauses including FDPIC adjustments. In Swiss-only mode, the admin ensures your team uses only the Swiss variants.
aibox unites ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity plus open models via the Swiss LLM Layer, such as the Swiss Apertus, Mistral, Gemma, Qwen and Kimi. GPT models are strong at creative writing, Claude at understanding context in confidential documents, Perplexity at research with transparent sources.
Details on each model: All AI models compared · Using ChatGPT in Switzerland (German) · Using Claude in Switzerland (German)
Emails, quotes, summaries and research – one login for the whole team instead of many individual subscriptions.
Prepare announcements and draft minutes – with Swiss-only mode for data that must not leave Switzerland.
Draft and edit texts, research sources and transcribe interviews – with the right model for each task.

You can test every plan free for 14 days. During that time you set up the organisation, invite your team and, as admin, decide which AI models are available – for example only the Swiss variants in Swiss-only mode, or additionally Claude, Gemini and Perplexity.
Your team then works directly with the predefined AI assistants: drafting texts, summarising documents, researching questions or translating content. For a structured start, onboarding packages with team training are available. The product overview describes the features in detail; find the right plan with the calculator under pricing and plans.
